Melody serves as the Chief Executive Officer and the founder of Lambda. She is responsible for establishing Lambda’s strategic vision and mission. Melody enjoys beach volleyball, hiking mountains with her Australian Shepherd, surfing, snowboarding, and traveling to new places across the world.

She obtained her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech (VT) where she also played on the D1 Volleyball Team. Melody previously worked as the Change Management Lead Systems Engineer on the HALO Program of the Artemis Mission as well as managed the Environmental Control Life Support Subsystem (ECLSS) in building a module to support and sustain crew life in space. In addition to her aerospace background, Melody consistently seeks incorporating agile methodologies in day to day operations which serves as the backbone for an enduring company.
